We've said it a million times: 200 channels and nothing good to watch! Well Tuesdays at 9 PM there is something good to watch. Go check out Warehouse 13.
Warehouse 13 is a science fiction series which premiered on July 7, 2009 on the SyFy channel. It's premise is that the world is full of objects, relics and artifacts that have supernatural powers and that, for the greater good, the Government seeks these thing out and stores them in Warehouse 13. The fun and adventure is in seeking out the objects,
The storylines are imaginative and creative. The gadgets and gimmicks are fantastic, without being overbearing. There is a good balance of humor and drama, with a leaning towards the former. The acting is pretty good too. And while there is plenty of use of CG and other effects, the stories still allow for the character development and interaction of the main protagonists. All without being too deep or complex. Good imaginative, creative entertainment. Plain and simple.
The list of production credits is pretty impressive with writers and producers having been involved in hit projects like Battlestar Galactica, Burn Notice, Monk and Rescue Me, among others.
